Rules of Speaking: Anyone wishing to speak is asked to raise their hand, and when recognized by the Chair to address comments to the Chair. Speakers are encouraged to keep their comments to under 3 minutes, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports under 3 minutes. Please silence all electronic devices.

 

Note: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), SPECIFIC ISSUES NOT NOTED ON THIS AGENDA CANNOT BE VOTED ON, UNLESS ADDED TO THE AGENDA

a.         Honolulu Rail Transit-G. Omori         

b.         Aiea Community Association. - Resolution recommending the ACA as a Community Based Development Organization for the specific development of the `Aiea Town Center Plan.

c.         Western Pacific Regional Fishery Management Council (WESPAC). Feasibility of Community-Based Natural Resource Management Project on Oahu – J. Burke, C. Kaaiai.

d.         Hawaiian Electric Project on Moanalua Road.  Maintenance on 138kV pole line (the 100-foot steel poles) to replace and repair insulators and frame arms. K, Min, W.Clark
