11.1    Honolulu High-Capacity Transit Corridor Project (HHCTP), Public Involvement Team (PIT), Update of project – G. Omori

11.2    Pearl Kai Shopping Center (Walgreen’s) – Progress report relative to community concerns pertaining to the planned Walgreen’s structure at Pearl Kai Shopping Center. Community concerns voiced at March’s briefing to meet the requirements of a Special Management Permit (SMP) application. An Environmental Assessment (EA) is in progress – Environmental Communications, Inc.

12.       New Business

12.1    USS Arizona memorial Visitor Center at Pearl Harbor two-year renovation project – National Park Service – L. Ontai

12.2    Notification of Vacancies (2) on Neighborhood Board, Sub-district 1; Halawa, Halawa Heights, Stadium, Halawa Valley, Ford Island
