10.2         Report on issues and actions taken concerning excessive early morning noise at the Westridge Shopping Center – W. Clark

10.3         H.B. 2790, H.D. 1 – A Bill for an Act relating Legal Requirements for Neighborhood Board Meetings – W. Clark/R. Mobley

10.4         S.B. 2201, S.D. 1 – A Bill for an Act Relating to Legal Requirements for Neighborhood Board Meetings – W/ Clark/R. Mobley

10.5         Request to name the ball park at the Makalapa Community Park after Lt. Michael Murphy, a Presidential Medal of Honor recipient who died on duty in Afghanistan, who lived on Oahu and was stationed at Pearl Harbor where he was a Navy SEAL- Councilmember Charles Djou Office (a representative will be present)
