AIEA LIBRARY CONFERENCE ROOM

CALL TO ORDER: Chair William Clark was unable to call the meeting to order, due to the lack of quorum (eight Board members are needed for a quorum).

MEMBERS PRESENT: Jane Sugimura, Dave Arakawa, Silvia Sugihara, William Clark, George Passmore, Carl Jacobs.

MEMBERS ABSENT: Tracy Arakaki Ruby Hargrave, Wilbert Ho, Danielle Lum, Monica Texeira absence), Ron Mobley, Ross Lee.

VACANCIES: There are two (2) vacancies on this fifteen-member Board.

GUESTS: Jon Kawano, Robert Freeman (TFG), M.F. Kendrick, Ken Best, Breene Harimoto (Councilmember Gary Okino’s Office), Michael Hoffman (State Department of Public Safety), Lori Fox (The Louis Berger Group), Sharleen Oshiro (Councilmember Romy Cachola’s Office), Curtis Miyamoto (EKM Architects), Tracy Burgo (Board of Water Supply), Claire Tamamoto (Aiea Community Association), Lt. Due to the lack of quorum no meeting of Aiea Neighborhood Board No. 20 took place.
