NO QUORUM, NO MEETING: At 7:30 p.m. Chair Clark announced that the Board did not have a quorum of eight

Board members present and that he would wait until 7:45 p.m. to cancel the meeting if other members for a quorum were not present (per the "Sunshine Law").

MEMBERS PRESENT: Ron Mobley, William Clark, Wilbert Ho, Monica Texeira, Carl Jacobs, Jane Sugimura, David Arakawa.

MEMBERS ABSENT: Ruby Hargrave, Tuika Faumuina, Silvia Sugihara, Danielle Lum, David Arakawa, George Passmore, Ross Lee.

VACANT SEATS: None.
