9.3          Pearl Kai Shopping Center (Walgreen’s)-Progress report relative to community concerns pertaining to the planned Walgreen’s structure at Pearl Kai Shopping Center.  Community concerns voiced at March’s briefing to meet the requirements of a Special Management Permit application.  An Environmental Assessment is in progress – Environmental Communications, Inc.

9.4          Report on issues and actions taken concerning excessive early morning noise complaints at the Westridge Shopping Center-W. Clark
