The Commission has established a limit of 2 minutes for questions and comments unless otherwise directed by the Commission. Persons wishing to speak on agenda items must raise their hand and, when recognized, address the Chair. Each member of the audience is entitled to speak once on any agenda item. 2. Scheduling of Public Hearings and adoption of a tentative timeline for adoption of
the Neighborhood Plan and the Commission Rules and Procedures.
B. Amending Videographer Contract re DVD Copy
