Persons wishing to speak on agenda items must raise their hand and, when recognized, address the Chair. Each member of the audience is entitled to speak once on any agenda item.  All interested persons will be afforded an opportunity to submit data, views, or concerns in writing and present oral testimony on any agenda item, pursuant to the “Sunshine Law” – Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 92.  Mahalo for your participation and kokua.

2.   Scheduling of Public Hearings and adoption of a tentative timeline for adoption of

  the Neighborhood Plan and the Commission Rules and Procedures.

B.     Amending Videographer Contract re DVD Copy

C.    Ewa Neighborhood Board No. 23 Request to Amend Initiative Petition to create

        11 at-large seats (from the current 5 seats in Subdistrict 1 and 6 seats in Subdistrict 2)
