Our community's best interest is at the core of my drive and will to serve you and your ohana. Black Kelii, James Kimo Aloha kakou, as a NHIS teacher and an active member of several community organizations (NHIS-PTSA; Civic Club; Homestead Assoc; Parks/Educ. Committees, etc) I would like to continue serving on the NMNB #36 by securing your kokua and vote. My priority is to make our homes a safe and fun place to live. KILA, Victor A.
