Koolauloa Neighborhood Board No. 28 SUBDISTRICT 01 (2 Seats available) FONOIMOANA, Kent K. I am a lifelong resident of the Koolauloa area. The majority of my education was acquired on the windward side including Kahuku HS, BYU-UH, and WCC. I currently operate a small business. I reside in Kahuku and would be honored to represent the residents in my subdistrict. Leonardi, Jimmy P.K.
Resident of Walkerville, Kahuku for 26 yrs. Married, two daughters, both attend UH. Bachelor's Degree in Education from UH, Professional Teaching Certificate from BYUH. Taught at Kahuku High since 1974. Current NB #28 member, KVA Vice President since 1996. Also served on Malama Ohana from 1996-2007.
Primacio, Junior Born & raised in Kahuku. Graduated from Kahuku High. Former sugar PLT worker. IWLU unit chairman.
PRIMACIO, Margaret M. My ohana greatly benefitted from attending Kahuku and living in our area. I would serve on the board with the goal that our children are able to live and work in the area they grew up in. We must support homes they will afford and oppose high cost gates homes that limit access to our shoreline. Mahalo nui, Margaret Primacio.

I support initiatives that encourage fair educational opportunities, controlled growth for affordable housing, programs that develop our youth and disadvantaged, medical programs to support elderly and baby care. Keep Koolauloa rural and sustainable. SUBDISTRICT 05 (1 Seat available) johnson, Sherri Lynn L. Resident of the Ahupua'a o Kahana. Wife, mother of 3. Interested in being "more" involved, addressing concerns within community, whether kapuna, opio, keiki. Malama all resources, land, water, air, residents. I want to perpetuate, support Hawaiian culture, activities. Education. Safety – infrastructure, priority!
