I am not one to sit back and wait for others to get something done. I work tirelessly as President of Waialua Little League, Keep the North Shore Country, Let's Surf Coalition, Hukilau Loop Assoc. and Chair of the NSNB Traffic and Transportation Committee. Thank you for allowing me to serve.
SUBDISTRICT 03 (4 Seats available) Kawahakui, Arlene K. Lyons, Michael D. Served on neighborhood Board for past 4 years. Elected Chair of the Board last three years. Vice-Chair for six months prior Served with HPD for over 31 years. Married 38 years. Attended Leeward, BYU, Philips, Carol I have lived in the country for 39 years and have spent many of those years dedicated to helping us retain the quality of life we all cherish out here. Concerns for our community include over development, affordable housing, traffic and flooding. I'm a graduate of U.H and live and work in Haleiwa.

It is with humble honor that I have voiced our community's concerns since the inception of the NSNB. I endeavor to get thorough discussion on current issues with all of the information in the public eye.
