BAIRD, Larry P.

I am a current member of Neighborhood Board #18. I have been a Foster Village resident for 32 years. I am the owner of a small security company.

 

Domingo, Constante A.

I have been Hawaii resident since 1970.  Holds BA in journalism &  poli science, and an MA in poli science from UH Manoa. Former at-large member of the Waipahu NB. If elected, will serve with commitment, dedication and integrity. A retired City employee, now helps run a small family business.

 

Egge, Dennis N.

I first set eyes on Honolulu in 1960: On July 4th 1968, I returned from Vietnam for 3 years, and for good, with my Honolulu born wife Vera, in August 1998. My commitment to this wonderful neighborhood is a labor of love. As a Neighborhood Board 18 member, I will continue to serve you faithfully.

 

Glanstein, Rachel M.

I work at the NCO as a staff parliamentarian. I've served on both Liliha NB #14 and Salt Lake NB #18 – so I'm familiar with NB procedures and City departments. I would love the opportunity to serve on NB #18 again. Mahalo.

I'm nationally certified as a professional registered parliamentarian and am experienced in serving with community associations and their boards.

Greetings neighbors. Thank you for allowing me to serve on NHB #18. I serve as your rep. on the Citizens Advisory Committee of OMPO. We get information on transportation projects on Oahu. I ask for your vote to continue my work in your community. We would love for you to attend our monthly meetings.

I would like to serve our community with integrity and commitment to help develop equitable solutions for the demands of our neighborhood's infrastructure, bring cohesiveness as a community organization and enrichment of lives for all citizens.  Aloha!

Current Vice Chair. Former public school teacher. HSTA Gov. Relations Director. Past State Pres. Hawaii Jaycees and National Vice Pres US Jaycees. Pres of Aliamanu Dance Chapter, HBDA.  Founder of new dance group Dance Aliamanu. Member of Aiea Lions. Past Board member of Aiea AYSO.

 

PEPPER, Lennard J. (Len)

Area resident since 1965; NB 18 80-92, 98-09; State rep 92-96; chief psychologist mental health 80-92; Children's Day Treatment Center 67-80; Boards: Protection + Advocacy agency; Immigration Center, PTAS; State Hospital; Radford SCC; I would appreciate being allowed to continue to help our community.

I have been on the Board for the past 3+ years and a community member for over 8 years.

I currently hold the seat of Education Emphasis Leader for Aliamanu/Salt Lake/Foster Village NB #18.

 

YOMES, David

27-year veteran of the Honolulu Police Dept.; former board member. Works in the Salt Lake area as a Police Sergeant. Has lived in the area for 40 years now. Knows the community and its concerns. Crime, traffic, & education are high priorities. Looking forward to serving our community again!
