I am a retired planner, with degrees in Economics and Urban & Regional Planning from UH Mānoa. I have lived in Pālolo Valley since 1972 and been on the Board since 1997. I want to continue serving as a conduit for people to speak directly to government, and to offer my skills to this community.

Served on Kaimuki Neighborhood Board 2005-2008 Responsible for Kaimuki parking lot compromise. Previously served on Palolo Neighborhood Board, Kahaluu (Ahuimanu) Neighborhood Board. Who's Who is America Listec. Hobbies, interests: fundraising, swimming. "Well behaved people seldom make history."

NAKAYAMA, Darlene H.

Palolo Valley resident for over 26 years. Married with 3 sons. I want to make a difference and give back to our community. Employed as an administrator for Palolo Chinese Home. Neighborhood Board member for over 10 years and past Chairperson. Palolo Valley no ka oi.

ORANGE, Rachel S.

I believe that citizens can make a difference if they educate themselves on issues and express their opinions to their elected officials. The NB system can help facilitate that process. I have served on the Palolo NB since '04. I am active with the local Democratic Party and paddle outrigger canoes.

Presently retired from City & County as an electrical inspector.  Member of Palolo Board for over 18 yrs.  Resident of Palolo Valley for 39 yrs.  My concern is for families of our community to keep it safe and secure.
