Semi-Annual Update

Effected August 2009

The Liquor Commission will no longer sending Semi-Annual Employee Update based on the month of the license's effective date.  New schedule will be base on the license classes.

• At the beginning of the months, Liquor Commission staffs will print and send the notice with a list of the active employees associated to the license to the selected licensees.
• All licensees are required to return the updated list to the Liquor Commission with in a month from the date posted on the notice.
• Failure to comply with the requirement can result in a violation of rule 3-82-38.8.
