DECISION:   1.  Adoption on the Proposed Decision and Order on the appeal of James Arciero; Lionel
AND ORDER:    Camara, Jr.; Adam H. Enos, Jr.; Peter Gaskell; William K. Kaai, Jr.; Hiram 
                        K. Keliipio;  Scott Lawton; Paul Loughran; James K. Perkins; Nathan Ramos, Jr.; 
                        Ronald Rico; James Skellington; and Edmund Suzuki against the City and County of 
                        Honolulu's failure to provide the Battalion Fire Chiefs with compensation and benefit 
                        adjustments as required by law.
