MINUTES:  Approval of the minutes of the meeting held on September 21, 2009.

                        appeals of James Arciero; Lionel Camara, Jr.; Adam H. Enos, Jr.; Peter Gaskell;
                        William K. Kaai, Jr.; Hiram K. Keliipio; Scott Lawton; Paul Loughran; James K. 
                         Perkins; Nathan Ramos, Jr.; Ronald Rico; James Skellington; and Edmund Suzuki   
                         against the City and County of Honolulu's failure to provide the Battalion Fire Chiefs
                         with compensation and benefit adjustments as required by law.


                        ACTION:

                    2.  Received Civil No. 09-1-0685-03 EEH, Partial Judgment for Appellants, on the 
                         appeals of James Arciero; Lionel Camara, Jr.; Adam H. Enos, Jr.; Peter Gaskell;
                         William K. Kaai, Jr.; Hiram K. Keliipio; Scott Lawton; Paul Loughran; James K. 
                         Perkins; Nathan Ramos, Jr.; Ronald Rico; James Skellington; and Edmund Suzuki   
                         against the City and County of Honolulu's failure to provide the Battalion Fire Chiefs
                         with compensation and benefit adjustments as required by law.
