Who can complain

 

TheBus non-discrimination (Title VI) policy (Home Page)

Anyone who believes that he or she has been discriminated against on the basis of race, color, or national origin while using TheBus may file a Title VI complaint with DTS.

They must file a complaint within 180 days after the date of the alleged discrimination. They may file written complaints with:

City & County of Honolulu

Department of Transportation Services

Public Transit Division, Fixed Route Operations

In addition to the Title VI complaint process at DTS, a complainant may file a Title VI complaint with:

U.S. Department of Transportation
