In Consultation with the appropriate client agencies and stakeholders, to effectively and efficiently manage authorized improvements to the City's Public buildings, streets, roads, bridges and walkways, wastewater facilities, parks and recreational facilities, transportation systems, and drainage and flood improvements; and to provide technical assistance when needed.
