DEPARTMENT OF CUSTOMER SERVICES
(CSD) ORGANIZATION CHART Responsible for public communication, motor vehicle registration, drivers licensing, operation of the Satellite City Hall system and oversees the city's contract with the Hawaiian Humane Society. It also provides printing services for the city, issues various permits and manages the city reference library, the records management and archives programs and the Municipal Bookstore.
