DEPARTMENT OF BUDGET AND FISCAL SERVICES
(BFS) ORGANIZATION CHART Responsible for long-range financial planning and management of the City's operating and capital improvement budgets. Also responsible for management and integrity of revenue and disbursement activities, financial records, equipment inventories and central purchasing. Supports the Liquor Commission, two Boards of Review and two pension funds.
